The rats had a great day yesterday. I noticed that their cage is kind of dark the way it was set up. So I decided to fix it up a bit. I put the rats in their spare cage and added pancakes. Dad helped to rotate the opening in the middle floor from far right  to near left corner. I put their new green food dish made from a 100% recycled paper . Also, I put a large disinfected rock  under their water bottle not only for fun but to keep their little claws blunt. They look really really really cute standing on it. I used blue colored CareFresh in their litter box for the first time. The rats don't care but I think it adds a nice touch to their cage.   

Mom gave me some pretty new fabrics and I will start working on a  prototype rat (or other small animal) carrier\bonding pouch.
